"Alex lodge sud" presents its modern farmhouse in the countryside with an unobstructed view of the Sainte Victoire, heated swimming pool. <br>In this little corner of paradise you will discover hundred-year-old olive trees, fruit trees, a swimming pool with beach, several outdoor and indoor relaxation areas.<br>Fully equipped house with an exceptional view of the famous Sainte Victoire mountain, which Paul Cézanne loved to paint. The property offers 5 suites, each equipped with its own private bathroom, one of which offers a cocooning dormitory area.<br><br>Our house has a large open and convivial kitchen living room, dining room with large bay windows that open onto the pool area, garden and pergola.<br>A large pergola is installed on the SOUTH terrace, to enjoy the warm days in the shade and equipped with a fan.<br><br>The rectangular swimming pool 13 m x 4 m has a very pleasant beach for lounging and chatting.
