  • 3-room apartment located in Fuveau, in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a terrace and a private garden with trees.

    The accommodation includes a living room with dining area, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

    The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed 160 × 200 and gives direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has a 140 × 190 bed.

    The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

    The terrace is accessible at the entrance of the accommodation and allows you to enjoy meals outside. The garden is very wooded and has deckchairs and a hammock. It is particularly pleasant on sunny days and offers a lot of shade thanks to the trees.

    A private parking space is available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Other free spaces are also available a few meters away, depending on availability.

    The accommodations are atypical and partially recessed, with several differences in level and variable ceiling heights.PGJyPg
    The kitchen has several beams. In some places, the height can go down to about 1.90 m. The ceiling height is also lower in some parts of the master bedroom.

    The configuration of the home also makes it less bright than a classic apartment, especially in some rooms. However, several lighting conditions create a pleasant atmosphere, especially in the evening.

    The garden is private, but it is not completely out of sight. The neighbour above can have a view of part of the garden. Trees and vegetation naturally hide part of this vis-à-vis.

    The accommodations are easy to access as it is close to the A8.

    The area is quiet, parties and parties are not allowed, in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
