”Huone oli todella pieni. Hädin tuskin mahtui kulkemaan sängyn toiselle puolelle, jossa tilaa ei ollut litran pullon mittaa enempää. Sänky oli huono nukkua, petauspatja liukui alaspäin nukkuessa ja pään kohdalle tuli tyynyt kokoinen kolo. Myös tyynyt olivat huonot.”
”Tämä hotelli valikoitui meille lähinnä Odensen eteläpuolisen sijaintinsa takia, sillä olimme menossa yöpymisen jälkeen heti aamupäivällä tutustumaan upeaan Egeskovin renessanssilinnaan.
Huone oli siisti ja sänky hyvä, mutta kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihtoventtiilin imurointi oli unohtunut jo vuosien ajan, sillä se oli lähes pölyn tukkima. Tämä aiheutti luonnollisesti sen, että suihkun jälkeen kostea ilma ei poistunut mihinkään.
Hotelli on suunniteltu kokouksia ajatellen eli kokoushuoneita ja...

Hotellissa ei hissiä ja kapeahko porraskäytävä. Huone tosi pieni. Kylpyhuoneessa likainen muki. Ei mielestämme vastannut hintaa.”
”I stayed for 1 night. Room was spacious enough and quiet. Shower was good and toiletries also. Only pillow was a little soggy for my taste but I slept well anyway. Room had 2 reading lamps and no light on the ceiling so might be a bit dark in the winter. Breakfast was tidy and enough. Complimentary tea and coffee were available by the breakfast room for the whole day which was nice. Old town sights were a few minutes walk away. Train station 10mins. I liked this little hotel.”
”Aluksi hieman ihmetytti hotelli, jossa ei ole omaa vastaanottoa, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui myös videoneuvotteluyhteydellä hyvin. Perhehuoneemme sijaitsi pihan perillä, ja kamojen raahaminen portaita pitkin oli työlästä. Pari lamppua oli palanut, ja tuolin kunto oli vähän niin ja näin - tarkistetaanko niitä. Soveltuu mielestäni hyvin liikematkustajille, joilla ei ole paljoa tavaraa mukana. Siisti ja ihan laadukaskin parista pienestä kauneusvirheestä huolimatta.”
”Yövyimme perheen kanssa yhden yön matkalla Legolandiin. Hotelli oli hintalaatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Aamupalalla osa tarjottavista oli osan aikaa loppu. Perusaamiaisen siitä kuitenkin hyvin sai kasaan.”
”The hotel is very conveniently located, pretty much on top of the main station. It's only a 10-15min walk from the city centre, and everything you will need for attractions, entertainment and food, is within this radius. The room was reasonably priced; well-stocked; comfortable, and clean. The check in and out processes were easy, and the staff were very polite. Overall, I had a nice time here, and I would stay here again if I returned to Odense.”
”The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. ”

"The room was cold and there was a constant draft from the window. The tiled bathroom floor was ICE cold and literally so cold it hurt my feet and had to wear shoes. The shower water never got warm and was uncomfortably cold too.
Overall not an amazing experience in terms of the room, but the breakfast and personel was nice. "
