”Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles.

”The main criteria for me in a well rated hotel is a clean space that allows a comfortable night’s sleep. While this hotel was clean, their central air was not working during my two night stay and they had no fans available. The temp in my room did not get below 75 and for a woman in my season of life, it was unbearable.
