”My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that. I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. One bedroom was ensuite, and every room had its own TV. Everything felt brand new and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing...

”Within an easy walking distance from marina and eg the local and intercity bus stations. The apartment was very nice but the area or the building were not so super. No balcony and definitely no view. The neighbours were behaving like monkeys set free but luckily not in the night time. With the apartment I have nothing to complain, all was there, wifi was working and adapters provided. So this it definitely an option for accomodation for the next time also!”

”Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”

”Majoituspaikka oli todella vaikeasti löydettävissä. Pimeässä rappukäytävässä jossa ei valot toimineet. Erittäin pieni hissi. Yleisiin tiloihin pääsi kuka vain ilman avainta. Keittiö epäsiisti, jääkaappi lämmin. Homeisia tuotteita jääkaapissa. Yleisissä tiloissa oli avainlaatikko joka aukesi koodilla. Avainta ei kuitenkaan huoneeseen ollut, emmekä koskaan saaneet avainta sekä varaamaamme huonetta. Uusi majoituspaikka kuitenkin tarjottiin edellisen tilalle nopeasti. ”

”Suihku oli rikki ja ilmoitimme siitä heti eikä sitä saatu korjattua viiden päivän aikana! Lisäksi pesutilat olivat likaiset ja joku kävi toiseksi viimeisenä päivänä siivoamassa, mutta ei kyllä kovin huolellisesti. ”

”Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten fand ich sehr hart. In der Wohnung war sonst fast alles vorhanden was man so brauchte.”

”Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem.”

”Not a good experience at all.”

”To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other. When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. It didn't come from the toilet but from the sofa bed, where our 3 year old daughter was suposed to sleep (also, they forgot to bring towels or linen for...

”Do NOT Stay! No hot water. No toilet paper. Towels are nasty after a cold shower. No working Wi-Fi. AC is very weak. Bed is all springs. Impossible to sleep on. And watch out for bugs. This place should not be listed. As a host I almost never give a bad review but I can’t allow others to be stuck with this place and waste $100. ”
