”The room is nice but was not prepared for the difficulty finding parking. Only on street and small lot in back which was full. Had to drive around to find parking. Had to use codes to check in which took awhile to figure out but eventually worked. ”

”Comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was great ( a little above a usual continental breakfast). I wished pool had been a little warmer but my parents enjoyed it immensely. Great choice ”

”The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily. It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom. Should not be listed on hotels.com.”

”Service was good. Place was a bit worn out. At breakfast there was fresh fruits, but coffee was not warm at all.”

”The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?”

”Staff was extremely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The lobby is beautiful, with lounge areas if you don't want to be cooped up in your room. My family and I were able to play cards and watch live sports in the lobby with no complaints. Our only complaint is the carpet in the room was filthy and had an old musty smell, that definitely took some getting used to.”

”Room was clean staff was excellent winter so pool was covered and don’t know about pets however did see a few dogs and heard a few barks..”
