I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.”

It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. ”The room was so clean, the beds were so comfortable and we played cards down in the common area with friends who also stayed and had a nice time while we were there. We didn't wake up in time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but the coffee in the morning was tasty and they had a wide selection of coffee creamer.”

”I had ants in my room. I called down to the front desk at about 130AM because I saw more ants but no one ever picked up. I let the front desk know what happened and all she did was offer me points. I then asked her if the roles were reversed with points be sufficient for you and you just spent $200 on a room. I’ve been a Hilton member for over 10 years”

”I have stayed here many times but the place is starting to show its age. There were big stains on the sofa, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room, and the overall condition of the room was starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Lobby and Bar area are fine.”

”The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI.”
