Our XL version: You will stay in the ground-floor apartment (HöriLux), also listed separately, with 130 m², and our newly built 30 m² studio in the basement (HöriLux XS), for a total of 160 m² and 4 bedrooms.

The apartments are located in a two-and-a-half-family house in Gaienhofen, each with a large private terrace and a covered loggia.

The holiday apartments have four bedrooms, all with satellite TV (three with double beds 180x200cm and one with a 160x200cm bed), a living room with a cozy fireplace, a 60-inch TV with Sky Q, Bang & Olufsen Sonos sound system in the living room, and a Sonos 3 speaker in the bathroom.

The ground floor apartment has a 50-inch 4K TV with the Sky Q app and Bose SoundTouch. There are two open-plan, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, modern bathrooms, and a guest toilet in the ground floor apartment. Both apartments feature underfloor heating, electric blinds in the living area, electric shutters in the other rooms (three with remote control), two safes, private parking, bicycle storage, and a sauna for up to six people.
