Comfortable condo located one block to Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, 3 blocks to UF campus, 1.5 miles to football stadium (30 minute walk)

The condo is ground level with 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes.

High speed internet and cable are included.

Sleeps 4 comfortably.

The complex does not allow dogs.

Check in is contactless and at your convenience. I am available by phone anytime day or night.

The check in process was simple and intuitive and the hosts provided excellent instructions. The location was perfect for our stay which centered around medical appointments at UF Shands Hospital— only 3 minute drive or 5 minute walk away. The unit itself met all of our needs and expectations: clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable with refrigerator, oven, accessible parking, etc. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat building on-site. We would book this property again without hesitation if the need arose again.

Clean and comfortable

Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the property. We have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals in Gainesville over the last decade, and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever come across. I have asthma that's triggered by mold, and this is the only place we've rented in Gainesville that didn't cause me to need my inhaler constantly. It also has proper furniture and not cheap Ikea junk that you find in most rentals. We'll definitely stay here again if it's available and would recommend it without hesitation. That being said, I should note that we did find it a little noisy, but not more than a typical apartment or condo complex.

The check in was easy, the place was very clean, it is an older condo but its very clean and everything I needed was there. Just like the other reviews said the bed is very comfortable, I stayed thru a weekend and it was quiet there & parking was pretty close to the door. I'd stay again.

Please have nearly everything we needed and ran a few things around the manager was very quick to accommodate. It was comfortable and well supplied with basic necessities, including food storage containers, a pitcher, bottles of water, coffee, and condiments.

Fantastic Place to Stay

This was my first time using VRBO and I hope all of my experiences in the future are as good as this was. From beginning to end was a very smooth process. Very nice and clean property. Excellent communication with the property manager/owners. I could not have asked for a better stay for a great price. I give it a 5 out of 5 only because you can't give a 10 out of 5. Thanks!!!!

Our original need to be in Gainesville changed at the last minute due to some adverse weather, but we went ahead and made the trip anyway. The condo was adorable and so well appointed! Loved the artwork on the walls. It’s close to everything, so getting around town was a breeze. Extremely easy check-in process. Locating the unit was a little tricky at night and in rain, even with explicit instructions, but we managed to find it just fine after about 5 minutes. If/when we need to return to Gainesville, we would definitely love to stay again!!

Perfect spot!

My son was participating in a swim camp at University of Florida. We needed a good place to stay for a long weekend. This condo fully fit the bill. Plenty of room for us, and two of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. If you need a great place in Gainesville, this is the place.

Upon arrival there was no real check in as the host had already emailed all instructions, which made it very easy! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. I have a child in Dental school in Gainesville and will definitely rent again if needed!
