”Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.”

”Good facility for all the family with 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the little coffee bar provided. Good location for shopping as not far from Butler Plaza. Great, communicative host. Beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen had practically everything we needed. Everyone said they were very comfortable.”

”Great place for hosting a pool party w plenty of places to sit. Pool was big and we used the gas grill for a cook out. Plenty of parking space and very close to Publix food store. The pool was very cloudy and hard to see the bottom even though it was supposedly cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival. Cleaned as in maybe just netting the larger surface stuff just prior? Either way the kids had a great time in the pool, just wish it was clearer. Again this was mentioned in the post about the pool due...

”This was the perfect place to stay in Gainesville. Quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and UF campus. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for a morning walk. The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. My husband and I look forward to booking again.”

”The property was very clean inside & updated throughout, with ample toilet paper, good shampoo & conditioner, plenty of towels, etc. We bought a Keurig, just because we like the convenience of pods, but there was a coffee maker and I believe a tea kettle. It was a perfect stay for our needs, and although we didn't bring our pups, I'm thrilled to be able to find an affordable, pet-friendly VRBO. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again in a heartbeat!”

”My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

”The host Robert was amazing. He addressed all our needs and replied right away. The home layout is beautiful. It was pretty clean. Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.”
