”This place is clean and very cute! And in a pretty nice area. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. However, due to a few issues (out of the owners control) we did leave a day early. The renters upstairs were very loud and the floors are very thin so keep that in mind if you stay here and someone else is upstairs. The other issue was the Internet went out the 2nd day we were there and never came back on which means no TV as well! Other than these few problems the stay was great. ”

”Shops are definitely walkable but i wouldn’t call 2 miles “walkable” to Downtown Gainesville. That implies a couple blocks definitely less than 1 mile ”

”I loved the property location, very central!!! The place was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Did not expect that!!! It felt safe being there. The property was very accurate and easy to find. The only take away was that the upstairs floors were a bit squeaky and the secondary bathroom had a moldy shower curtain. Everything else about the property was great”

”We stayed at the Viking House with friends for the MotoAmerica races at Road Atlanta. The way it’s decorated in the Viking themes even with overhead lighting, wall items etc is really cool. Plenty of parking, communication with the host is top notch. Close to plenty of restaurants and around 11 miles to the track. We would stay again. ”

”Clean and quiet! The house was so cute and we loved that there was a clean and working garage door/opener. The host was very respectful and in communication at all times. Will 100% book again!!!”
