”Salvadonica sijaitsee upealla paikalla. Näköalat ravintolasta ja altaalta ovat huikeat! Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Ravintolassa sama menu koko vuoden, mikä oli vähän ihmeellistä (ei huomioitu sesonkituotteita) mutta ruoka oli hyvää. Suosittelen myös hotellin järjestämää viini- ja oliiviöljy maistelua, siinä kuulee Salvadonican historiaa ja pääsee 1400- luvun viinikellariin! Huone oli siisti ja tilava.”

”Nous y allions pour la deuxième fois. Le lieu est toujours magique. On a peut être juste regrette un service un tout petit peu dépassé par la fréquentation de l’hôtel: plusieurs groupes à gérer, donc plus de monde et de bruit et une logistique au restaurant un peu plus chaotique.”

Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. Es ist für alles gesorgt, das Team ist immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. San Gimignano ist zu Fuß über eine Straße abseits vom Verkehr in 30 min zu erreichen. Wir können das Tenuta auf jeden Fall empfehlen.”

”More of a retreat than a hotel. Comfortable and clean tastefuly furnished rooms. The friendliest, kindest and most helpful hosts you could wish for. Direct access to the Canterbury to Rome pilgrims' trail which provides a pleasant 90 minute walk to San Gimingano. Superb views in all directions. Be prepared for a steep, winding unmade 3k road to the hotel on arrival. It seems never ending but well worth the effort.”
