”Very very noisy! I had to call down 3 times before I was taken seriously as there was banging, door slamming, arguing starting from 8pm -3 am. Despite calling I do not feel I was taken seriously. Also felt unsafe.”

”The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) ”The quest house surprised us positively. The house was in a nice quiet San Jose village in the middle of the busy town. There is a big mall quite near and the airport is not too far away. The front desk was super friendly and even arranged a family member to drive us to the airport to catch an early flight.”

”Huono kokemus, koska ketään ei tullut illalla hakemaan lentoasemalta vaikka oli sovittu. Liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi, kylpyhuone kyllä remontoitu mutta huonosti, vesi jäi lattialle näin ollen wc käynnit oli märkiä , ei ollut edes lastaa. Kylpyhuoneen ovi joka oli lasia otti kivilattiaan kiinni, sai pelätä että hajoaa. Ruoka oli ravintolassa huonoa. ”

”Really nice hotel. Staff was great especially Cherry & Arial. Room was super clean and bed comfy. Nice bathroom with hot water. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great and so was room service. The only thing lackkng was the hotel rooms did not have refrigerators. Loved the stay & will stay here again.”
