Shared Garden Cottage for Two

This rural apartment in the mountains of Madrid is equipped with every comfort. It has magnificent communal areas and services, such as the swimming pool and garden. As a welcome gift, the owner offers one hour in the Spa circuit (sauna and jacuzzi). From 1 hour onwards, this service has an extra cost (ask the owner for prices). The Spa circuit is not located inside the bedroom, but in a separate building, inside the Finca.

Located in Galapagar, in an area surrounded by trees where you can fully enjoy your privacy. The center of Galapagar is only 2 km away.

The flat has an open kitchen and barbecue outside, where you can prepare your tastiest dishes. There is an external laundry service (check prices with the owner). There is a second flat in this large Finca, so you could have neighbors.

Pets are allowed at an additional cost. We ask you to pay a lot of attention to your pet so that the house and garden are always kept clean. There is parking on the Finca, but it is not private.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
