Centrally located in the resort core on an oversized lot flanked by meticulous landscaping, woods, and green space on three sides for privacy during your stay. You can’t beat the location, offering quick and convenient access to downtown Galena, the Country Store, Eagle Ridge Inn, The Galena Territory Owners Club, and all four of the golf courses within the Territory. Oh, and you're just steps from multiple scenic trails that traverse The Galena Territory - perfect for being one with nature and truly escaping to a restful getaway.

Distinctive yet casual décor throughout, perfect for a weekend getaway or long vacation. Thoughtfully designed for up to 10 guests – the home features four large bedrooms – three bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2 queen beds – with superb mattresses and high thread count sheets for the perfect night’s rest. Dine in casual comfort with bright, beautiful views overlooking the backyard and 6th hole of the South Course. The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped to help make cooking a breeze while staying with us. Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom or a full bathroom directly adjacent. After a day of skiing or hitting the golf course, take a dip in the hot tub under the star-lit skies of the Galena Territory. The bright and airy living room is perfect for family gatherings and watching movies with a roaring fire while the lower-level family offers a great spot for kids and adults alike to play games. In the warmer months, dine al fresco on the large deck and take in the views of the Territory from the screened porch.

The spacious dining table seats up to 8 surrounded by windows and views to the beautiful setting. A thoroughly outfitted kitchen is a delight for groups with everything you need from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Grab some cocoa, bake some cookies, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Plenty of large, beautiful baking dishes, a big slow cooker, even a large roaster, for brunch in pajamas, maybe chili & cornbread lunches, and decidedly relaxed dinners! As a guest of The Green on Southridge, you’ll be offered access to the Galena Territory Owners Club amenities which include indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, a game room, and more. Beyond the club, miles of paved and unpaved trails await your exploration. And, for the lake lovers and fishing enthusiasts, you’ll have access to Lake Galena where you can fish from any of the coves on the lake or rent a fishing or pontoon boat, or a kayak to enjoy the lake at your pace. And, for horse lovers, Shenandoah Riding Center offers horse and trail rides. Some amenities, such as boat rentals and horse/trail rides do incur additional costs charged by The Galena Territory.

Location, Location, Location! The Green on Southridge is only 2 turns from US Hwy 20 offering quick access to Historic Downtown Galena’s restaurants, shopping, and historic charm. It couldn’t be better! And, 2 turns to get to the North or South Golf Courses.

The Green on Southridge is a dog-friendly home with a $150 pet fee, up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be house-trained. Guest is 100% responsible for the actions of their dog during their stay including but not limited to damage caused to the property. Guest must pick up and properly dispose of any dog waste. The $150 dog fee is a fee to bring a dog and does not cover any damages caused by the guest dog(s).
