Between the busy months of May to September, we kindly ask that only registered guest visit or stay in the suite unless approved by management.
Quite time between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Just in case there are some late party animals or early, loud acrobatic risers.

Very well stocked kitchen. Love the MCM furniture and BC art/fossils. Lots of books and blankets. Huge windows, gorgeous view, lots of space, comfy beds, two full bathrooms. The host made excellent sight seeing recommendations too. We will be back!

Lovely location for a peaceful retreat on Galiano Island! The house is close to several beach access locations which look across the Strait towards Vancouver and, on Saturday mornings from 10am to 2 pm there is a bakery stand located at the east end of the street! We had a lovely time on the island and the house was conveniently located to easily reach many hiking trails. The house is great for two couples and has a nice layout as well.

We loved our stay at Arrow’s run! The space is even more beautiful than the photos can capture. We had everything that we needed for a relaxing and cozy stay. We particularly loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and waking up to sunlight streaming through the windows.

Gorgeous property! Very well equipped. We were very happy to have booked such a lovely place to stay, as we found Galiano was a bit short of interesting things to do. Could be because we were at the end of the summer holiday season.We brought our supplies with us, as we love to cook, and found the kitchen set up very well for pretty much any meals we wanted to make.We used the upstairs king bedroom, and found it to be very quiet and comfortable. The large deck was a nice place to relax with a cold beverage.There were several tents and a large trailer on the property as well, but we heard very little from them.Overall, a great stay!

This place is beautiful with a great view of the ocean/mountains, in an awesome wooded area just a short walk to the shoreline to watch the tide rise and fall. It was a short stay as we attended a wedding at Bodega Ridge which was also an excellent venue, and our Galiano Island experience was amazing overall! Christa was very helpful when we had to make some changes to our reservation and the whole process was straight forward and easy. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet spot to relax.

Relaxing Month on Galiano

This was our second visit to this property as we liked it and the island so much the first time round. The property's comfortable and well-equipped with two bedrooms/bathrooms, and everything's good quality and in very good condition. Galiano's exceptional in the availability of trails and beach access, and the hosts - Christa and Frank - are welcoming and helpful. We hope to get back before too long.

Decent stay, but listing was misleading

I recently stayed at this vacation rental, and while the experience was generally okay, there were several misleading aspects and issues that need improvement. Firstly, the listing didn’t clearly state that the suite is located on the upper floor, which was inconvenient. Soundproofing is also lacking—normal conversations from neighboring guests were easily heard, affecting privacy. The "ocean view" described felt more like a distant "ocean sight," not quite what I was expecting. Upon arrival, I had to contact the host for instructions, which could have been provided upfront. Cleanliness was another concern: the deck floor, shower appliances, and kitchen drawers weren’t adequately cleaned. The shower's hot and cold settings were reversed, causing confusion. Additionally, the kitchen was poorly equipped—no dish-drying rack, no blender, and the kettle wouldn't open. Basic essentials like tea, oil, aluminum foil, tissues, and hand soap were missing. Even the coffee left for guests was barely enough for one morning. Other small annoyances included no shampoo provided, and towels were hidden in closets rather than laid out. On top of that, a dog wandered into the BBQ area, and kids were playing just a few feet from the house, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere I expected. Overall, the stay was decent, but the misleading details in the listing and lack of attention to essentials were disappointing.
