”Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

”Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor.
