”Even though the hotel appeared to be a little older on the outside, the inside was nicely updated! We enjoyed every part of our stay and even got to have fun in the pool. Housekeeping did a great job too. Breakfasts were tasty and complete from healthy to the not healthy..all yummy. Desk staff were so friendly and helpful too! Thank you for a delightful stay! ”

”New hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people.”

”My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again.”
”Good: Friendly staff! Coffee being available at all times was nice! Clean room!
Not so good: Pool was ice cold! Beds could have been a little more comfortable.

Room was quiet. Grounds well kept.
Unfortunately someone backed into my parked car overnight and did not leave a note. I was allowed to review surveillance camera video and it did not capture the culprit. There was a 2 hour gap in the video though when it may have occurred. Large dent in tailgate and deep scratches below rear window.
That was my only disappointment with the hotel.
