”The hotel and the room were beautiful and full of luxury. Room cleaning was in excellent level. Area was calm. Only few negative things: 1) not all the staff spoke fluent English. Sometimes there were problems with understanding. 2) The swimming pool was closed and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. It was September, so perhaps their summer was over.”

”Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice”
