”Wonderful hotel with high quality restaurant. Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Be sure to have breakfast and meals in the hotel restaurant. The food is creatively prepared with quality ingredients. Hotel is short walk to Ueno station so convenient to many areas in Tokyo. This is one of the nicest hotels at which I’ve stayed in Tokyo.”

Special thanks to Daigo at the front desk—he went the extra mile to help me resolve a non-hotel-related issue, showing incredible patience and attentiveness. ”Puhdasta ja siistiä, uusi ryokan. Meillä oli japanilainen huone, nukuimme hyvin rauhallisessa ympäristössä. (Puoliso kaipasi tuolia, se länsimaisessa huoneessa.) Aamiainen oli mieleinen, vaihtoehtoja löytyy kolme ja omia toivomuksiakin meille toteutettiin. Pienellä maksulla järjestyy kuuma kylpy sekä pyykinpesu- ja -kuivatuskone.. Läheltä löytyy ainutlaatuisia paikallisia ruokapaikkoja (kysy henkilökunnalta suositukset) joissa selviää vaikka suomenkielellä - henkilökunta luultavasti. puhuu vain...

”Walking distance to several train stations, Tokyo Dome and restaurants. Onsen was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful. We wanted our luggage transferred to our next hotel and the staff directed us to the Family Mart accross the street. However, the transfer form was in Japanese so the staff filled it out for us. Great service! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. ”

”I keep coming back to this hotel, as this is my... probably 4th stay, and plan to come back in the future aswell. The location is convenient, close to Ueno, and Akihabara, with Metro and Train stations practically around the corner, aswell as Taxi stop, making the trip to the airport just that much more convenient. The rooms are small, but just spacious enough for the price range the hotel is in. The rooms are highly functional and well cleaned & kept. ”

”Love the size and furniture in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet needs to be updated and toilet light feels dim. Hotel was a short 3 min walk to Nippori station (from The JR east exit and there is lift and escalator) near Keisei entrance. Many eateries nearby and shops to buy souvenirs. It is an excellent for those who need to take the earliest skyliner train to Narita airport for early morning flight. ”
