Welcome to your dream vacation with a view! Beach Haven Heaven is a 1 bedroom Oceanfront Suite, with Galley Bunks & all you'll need to be a real Islander! Located on the world-famous Seawall Boulevard - directly across from the Gulf of Mexico & 'Babe's Beach.' Relax on your balcony & watch the sun set, listen to the waves roll in, smell fresh salty air & lull into Island life! 2 beautiful swimming pools (1 lightly heated), tennis court, fitness room, hot tubs, BBQ pit & more!

The space
Our Condo/Suite is approximately 480 square feet. It includes a lovely private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf and Pool view!

We are a 1 bedroom with galley bunks and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Open concept kitchen and dining area. Two electric burner stove, countertop oven-air fryer- toaster combo. Mini refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.

Gulf view! Directly across the street from Babe's Beach! Close to amazing restaurants right on the Seawall. Walk to shopping, fishing pier and more! This is a busy area on the Seawall and has great access to many local attractions.

2 Pools: 1 Pool is especially designed for families with smaller children 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 (mushroom fountain pool), the other Pool is perfect for swimmers 12 years and over! 👵🧓👙 Enjoy either or both!

Bbq areas located by the pools, with picnic tables
Available on a 1st come basis. BBQ grills require coals available at Walmart.
We provide 2 beach/pool towels for your stay.
Tennis rackets are available at front desk. 🎾 Please return after use.
We have a sweet computer room with a small library and some board games also located in the front Lobby. 📚
Laundry facilities located on the 1st level in the front of each building for your convenience. Our machines take debit and credit cards. Laundry soap not provided but available across the street at Walmart.

Upon checking in, if there is anything at all that is not as it should be, we would like to know immediately as to address it. We welcome your suggestions and open communication! This is our home and we cherish it. We ask that you keep this in mind as we love sharing our space with you and look forward to having our guests make many happy and wonderful memories!

This beautiful little Beach Haven has direct complimentary access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors!! They are experts in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Please inquire about concierge services, special tours or requests! Co-hosts/Ambassador David & Grace are available to provide additional information.

The Victorian Resort requires a one time Resort fee on of $35 that covers parking for up to 2 vehicles, wristbands, and codes for amenities. This fee is good for up to 14 days and 6 guests.

Each Condominium is individually owned and cared for. Common area rules may differ from individual suites.

Important Note:
The Beach Haven is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.

Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund.
Please be sure disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 6).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!

For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards!
