Just steps from the sand and close to the vibrant Strand District, Shore Beats Work allows you to seamlessly blend relaxation and adventure. With a spacious layout featuring 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a unique loft space, this home offers the perfect combination of fun, comfort, and functionality.

● Beach Access: Just a minute walk to the beach!

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 7 cars in the driveway.

The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, while everyone can enjoy relaxing evenings spent unwinding in the comfortable living space.

Shore Beats Work offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms boast king-sized beds, perfect for couples or those seeking extra space. For families or larger groups, the remaining bedrooms provide a fun mix of bunk beds and additional sleeping options. Two rooms have a full-over-full size bunk bed. One room has a full sized bunk bed set and a twin sized bunk bed set. And the final room features a king-sized bed with an additional twin bunk set! With three full bathrooms conveniently located throughout the house, everyone can get ready for the day with ease.

After a day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring Galveston`s charm, head to the unique loft space for some extra entertainment. This space features a separate TV area and an arcade, perfect for keeping the fun going long after the sun sets. Whether you`re grilling out on the private patio or relaxing on the balcony, Shore Beats Work provides the perfect place to unwind and recharge, all while staying close to the action.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
