Charming Beach House with Private Pool & Fire Pit

Anchors Away has 4 cozy bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate outdoor shower for cleaning off after spending an afternoon at the beach! The living room / kitchen area is spacious, with plenty of room for the entire family to gather, and there is also plenty of space below the house where you'll find picnic tables and a couple of porch swings! The fire pit offers the perfect way to cap off your day!

Location: Bay Harbor beach community of Galveston, Texas

Beach access: A quick 2 minute drive from Terramar Beach and 5 minutes from the beach in Sea Isle.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 4 cars on the lawn next to the home.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Welcome to Anchor’s away! The outdoor area features a fire pit perfect for making memories and telling stories around the fire or roasting marshmallows! Underneath the home you will find a picnic table and a charcoal grill to cook up the family's favorites!

The ramp will lead you right up to the spacious deck and the entry to the home. You will love the open concept of the beautifully decorated living space with a large comfortable sectional perfect for relaxing, a mounted flat screen TV, and the kitchen with a breakfast bar, gorgeous cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There is a full bathroom right off the kitchen as well.

Off of the living room down the hall you will find bedroom 1 with a 2 toned accent wall, a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed and bedroom 2 with a queen bed and full over full bunk bed. Just across the hall are bedrooms 3 & 4 with a king bed in each room with gorgeous accent walls that make for a cozy and relaxing experience, and another full bathroom with a stand up shower, double mirrors hanging over the gorgeous white vanity with marble countertops.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
