As you step through the welcoming front gate, you'll immediately sense the magic of this property. The vibrant potted plants, the sweet peach tree, and the convenient hose for washing off sandy toes all set the tone for a delightful stay.

Our cozy cottage, built around 1915, is nestled in the heart of the East End Historic District. Lovingly restored to maintain its historic charm, this private, fenced-in guest home offers you a serene and secluded sanctuary.

The living room invites you to relax with its spacious daybed sofa and a roll-out trundle twin, both adorned with soft linens and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy cozy indoor moments with our collection of board games, puzzles, and a selection of books. The TV, equipped with Roku and Xfinity Stream, is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or indulging in a movie night. Feel free to bring your own video game console for added entertainment!

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a full fridge, a variety of cooking tools, and an array of spices, flour, coffee, tea, and cocoa. The dining room offers a flexible space to enjoy meals, play games, or catch up on work with free Wi-Fi.

The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with plenty of linens to ensure your comfort. A dresser and closet with hangers make unpacking a breeze, and the TV with Roku and Xfinity Stream offers relaxation at your fingertips.

Our bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and handheld attachment. You’ll find plenty of fluffy bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels, as well as complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Step out to the fenced and screened-in back patio, where you can enjoy the fresh air from two rocking chairs or dine al fresco at the table. There’s a propane grill ready for your culinary creations, and a new LG washer and dryer are available for your use.

Located in Galveston's charming East End Historic District, you’re just a short stroll from The Bishops Palace, The Beach, the UTMB Campus and Hospital, The Strand Entertainment District, and the Cruise Ships. Immerse yourself in the beautiful architecture and vibrant atmosphere of this beloved neighborhood.

Parking is free street parking right by the house. A parking permit will be provided for use in our neighborhood; please note that it doesn’t cover beach or Strand District parking. A $500 replacement fee will apply for lost or stolen permits.

To keep things easy for you at checkout, simply place wet towels in the hamper or bathroom floor and dispose of your trash in the can. We’ll take care of the rest!
