🐾 PET POLICY
We love well-behaved dogs! Up to 2 fully house-trained adult dogs welcome (50 lbs max each). A non-refundable $90 pet fee (plus applicable taxes and platform fees) applies per dog per stay. Pets must stay off furniture and be kenneled when left alone indoors. Dogs only — no other pets. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $100 fee per pet and/or result in eviction without refund. Guest is responsible for any costs incurred due to damage caused by pets.

One vehicle fits in the grass driveway; plenty of free street parking nearby. Carpooling is encouraged for larger groups!

👥 OCCUPANCY & PRICING
This home comfortably sleeps 14 (maximum 12 adults, 18+). To keep rates fair for smaller groups, a $25/night charge applies per guest beyond 8 guests (any age) for the full length of your stay. Please enter your accurate guest count at booking — exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in eviction without a refund.

📋 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book OR have at least one 5-star guest review
• Valid government-issued photo ID required
• If you have a star rating, it must be 4.0 or above to book
• No third-party bookings — the primary guest must be present for the entire stay

🌀 WEATHER & STORM SEASON
June through November is Galveston's peak storm and hurricane season. Refunds are available if a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale essential utility outage is issued. Travel insurance is highly recommended — please review covered conditions before your trip.

Undisclosed pets: $100 additional per pet (and/or eviction without refund)
