• Security Deposit: “A $100 refundable security deposit is required.”

• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.

• Location: Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is no garage or private driveway.

• Residential Parking Permit: You must place the provided Residential Parking Permit on your dashboard while parked on the street (1 permit is located on the desk by the dining table).

• Permit Return: The permit must be returned to the desk upon check-out. The City of Galveston charges a $500 fee for lost or unreturned permits, which will be charged to the guest if not returned.

• Alley Warning: Guests may park anywhere on the street, but parking in the alley is strictly prohibited.
