Upeita ruokia ja juomia, joista on upeat näkymät veteen Yläkerrassa on enemmän hienoja ruokia "The West End Restaurant". Jamaikan uimaranta on lähellä monia Galvestonin suosikki nähtävyyksiä. Kahdenkymmenen minuutin päässä Schliterbahnista ja huvipuistosta. Meillä on oma poliisi / palokunta, ruokakauppa, viinakauppa ja kaksi kirkkoa.

Olemme varjostettu koko päivän katetun kuistilla alla, koska kohtaamme itää ja viereinen tontti on tyhjä, joten tuulet aina etelään ja kaakkoon kesällä.

Vinkkejä kalastukseen. Kalaamme pääasiassa ylimmältä kannelta yöllä ja päivällä vain siksi, että se on helpompaa, koska voit kävellä talosta ja ulos. Viileämpi kalastaa alakerrassa päivän aikana. Meillä on valot vedelle, mutta saat enemmän kaloja, jos pidät ne pois yöllä.

Suuret punaiset kalat rakastavat Gulp-keinotekoisia, ja kun ne kiinni, ne spookivat muita kaloja ja kestää noin 10 minuuttia, ennen kuin ne alkavat kiertää veden alla olevia valoja uudelleen, joten älä huoli, voit kalastaa koko yön. Lisäksi, jos nouset aikaisin, voit kiinni mukavia punaisia tai taimenia.

This is our 3rd stay in this home, and it won’t be our last. We enjoy the location of the home and the canal access. The deck and the underneath outdoor area are great for relaxing. It is convenient to fish right from the dock or easily drop your kayak in and take off.The beds are comfortable and the living area is great for relaxing. The wall of windows frame beautiful sunrises. The kitchen is spacious and ready to make meals. Communication with the host is top notch. I highly recommend this home!

Absolutely loved this house! It smelled amazing when you walk in and was very clean. The house was stocked with the basic things you needed and honestly the furniture was super comfy! They have 2 kayaks and crab traps which made it so much more convenient. The beds are comfortable and the price was great for such a nice place.

Great Home and Location

We had a fantastic time staying in your warm and welcoming home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils, making meal prep a breeze. The air conditioning worked great, and the ceiling fans in each room added extra comfort. Although we didn’t spot any fish under the lights during our stay, we made good use of the kayaks to explore nearby spots and were able to catch a few. We’d absolutely love to return to this beautiful home again.

Great location! Comfortable clean home! Repeat stay!

This is our second stay in this home! We would not hesitate to stay again! It is clean and comfortable. We enjoy the downstairs patio and dock area. We bring our own kayaks and easily launch right from the home. We like that it is fenced and has a large upper deck. I highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Great clean Canal house off West Bay

The house is simple but has everything needed for a great vacation. Access to West Bay great- during the right conditions (not so hot!) I am guessing quality fish can be caught right off the deck . Quick access to bay system for serious fisher people with a boat. Outside areas spacious and inside very comfortable. Gulf Beach access right across the highway

Just a little get away from Home!!

The house it was real clean, the days that we spend in there! We brought our daughters and boys for this trip, my husband got a lot fun doing fishing while us we weee just enjoying the beautiful view from balcony. The only issue that we had it was that the 2nd night that we stay in the house, (it was a very bad storm) so the next day WiFi it was on and off, and the night before when we decided to do laundry the washer fill with water but never wash our clothes (electric problems and internet problems but it’s normal because that storm) but we really enjoy it and we hope in the future we can book again!

Vacation 2023

House was nice, great place to fish! AC did not work well. This place was way too hot! Had a week of not sleeping well because of the heat. Sorry, but 80 degrees in a house is too much. Home was listed as a 3/2 but had one complete bathroom and a toilet downstairs in a utility room. Would have never rented this house if we’d known this. Listing was not accurately described by the owner.

Beach experience

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, we checked out on Sunday instead of Monday because I fell down on the last step before the dock. I would suggest that the owner paint a 4” wide red stripe all the way across it. I feel like I’m fine but went for exrays this morning to be sure. There needs to be a toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. Thank you.

End of summer get- away

This spot was perfectly located on a canal facing the rising sun in the mornings, shaded in the evening. Our dog enjoyed the fenced - in yard & cool floors inside. Our 5 year old grandson helped out on the dock securing the kayaks while Dad & Papa fished. I appreciated how clean everything was & the decorating inside was lovely yet easy to maintain. We gathered around the round table to play games in the heat of the day. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks & the setup for fishing, including rocking chairs for spectators. Only thing that would’ve been better is if the fish were biting! Thanks for the great accommodation!

Beautiful!

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. The views are breathtaking!! My only complaint was the second “bathroom” was only a toilet , no sink, the door doesn’t lock, and there’s no sink. So to me an accurate listing would be 3 bedrooms, one bath.

Great little get away!

When I booked, it was just for my husband and son and 1 dog! It was our first vacay bringing a pet, I was pleasantly surprised how great this place would work out! The whole area is fenced with lots of room to run around! Our great friends had a cancellation of a baseball tournament, so they joined us last minute. The bunk room is where the boys slept and plenty of room for another couple.. so we for 6 comfortably! It has one full bathroom that made it a challenge, but there is a secret bathroom down stairs that remained a secret for 24 hours LOL and I preferred it that way 😂.. we brought fishing kayaks, caught fish, crabs in the traps, and enjoyed the breeze. Spent a day at the beach.. I loved how we never felt the crowds of a holiday weekend! We would love to be back, the joy of having our pets with us without a worry, made it more amazing! Cold Ac which was a huge bonus.. it was SO HOT/humid this weekend!

Amazing fishing

We loved this home. Currently looking to book again. Amazing communication with the owner and property is beautiful, especially the updated interior of the home. Kayaks available to use which was super fun! Pet friendly and completely fenced in. All of the exterior gates make it perfect for young children's safety.

So relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property was perfect for what we were looking for!! Fish and crabs were scarce but the view and peacefulness of being on the water more than made up for it. We did catch a few keepers and our youngest hooked a big red and says he is “fish whisperer.” The green light in the water is amazing! It was fun to watch the fish. There was one really large fish that kept lurking around but wouldn’t take the bait. Would definitely stay there again!

Guys weekend

Couldn’t be more pleased with the property and process. Owner was totally accommodating and the house was fantastic. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Dock made fishing and crabbing so easy we never had to go anywhere else. Downtown is about 20 minutes away which made the location great. Several nice restaurants and markets nearby. Will definitely book this place again.
