This new construction 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath West End beach house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The home has a fresh, beachy style with inviting living spaces, a full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and thoughtful amenities for families.

The kitchen is stocked for easy meals at home, with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and dining space. The home also includes Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, iron, and a dedicated workspace.

Outside, guests can enjoy the patio, outdoor seating, and BBQ area — perfect for relaxed evenings after time at the beach.

Guests will have access to the entire home, onsite parking, outdoor patio space, BBQ area, and neighborhood amenities available to guests, including the community pool and nearby beach access.

The home is located in the Laguna San Luis neighborhood on Galveston’s West End, a quiet residential area with beach homes, coastal views, and convenient access to the beach by foot, car, golf cart via nearby beach access points. Nearby attractions: West End beaches, Galveston Island State Park (short drive), local seafood restaurants and small convenience stores along Broadway/Harborside and FM 3005, easy access to beachside recreation and sunsets over the bay.

Driving is the most practical option — the West End is car- and golf-cart-friendly; many visitors use a car or golf cart to reach the beach but it's just a 5 minute walk from the house. On-site parking is typical. Public transit on Galveston is limited; rideshare/taxis serve the island but may have slower response times on the West End. Biking and golf carts are common for short trips inside the West End neighborhood. Nearest full-service transit connections (bus lines, longer-distance shuttles) and major grocery/retail are on the east side of the island (downtown/Seawall area) — plan 20–30 minute drives depending on traffic.
