The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful ready to use full size, stainless steel appliances. Both Keurig & Drip Coffee Maker are available. PARKING: The Dawn requires all guests to register at the front desk and pay a $40 plus tax per vehicle parking fee to obtain parking passes and pool access. The office is located on Seawall Blvd and is open from 10 am to 6 pm. If you arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office first thing the next morning, as it will be important to check-in there, for your pass.

*Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request and for an additional fee (not available from March 1 to Labor Day). Late check-out cannot be accommodated due to our tight cleaning schedules. Check-in instructions, including door codes, will be sent to guests before their arrival date.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
