The Pink House- just Minutes walk from the Beach!

Welcome to the Pink House! Inspired by love of the beach, every corner of our home was carefully designed to please the soul. The fully remodeled space for 6 features large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with an expansive kitchen, dining area and living with a Queen Sofa bed. This gorgeous home is just a few minutes WALK to the beach and restaurants, perfect for a family getaway! Just a short drive from Galveston's Hotspots including Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn and all downtown attractions.

The Pink House features 2 units- one upstairs and downstairs. This is the upstairs unit that features a fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom space with plenty of room for a family of 6. The master bedroom features a Queen Size bed and a full bathroom for privacy. There is a second shared bathroom that features a stackable washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. The second bedroom is spacious with a New Queen sized bed and closet space as well as a tall dresser. In the living area, you will find plenty of space and comfortable seating for the entire family. The sofa converts into a very comfortable queen sleeper for 2. Beautiful antique white bar height table in the dining room with seating for 6. Enjoy a great meal or pull out your laptop and use the table as as a comfortable workspace! The Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of room for multiple people to prepare a great meal at your home away from home. From the kitchen, step out onto the outside private deck and enjoy the weather! Extra care was taken in the selection of mattresses, pillows, linens and sheets to insure quality and comfort for a restful nights sleep. We take pride in providing a clean and safe space for Galveston guests to enjoy a retreat away from home. We have worked hard on many exclusive properties on Galveston Island to provide the highest quality and cleanliness for our guests.

Love it!

We loved our stay. We had family meets us at the house. It’s was the perfect size for us. Loved the patio off the kitchen. So close to the beach. No problem with parking even though it was a holiday. Very quiet during our stay. I will be back next year.

Property was nice, but there was not enough silverware or bowls. Patio needed to be cleaned of sap and leaves. Trash was never put out for garbage pick up so it had to be stacked up all week which caused flies. We were there for a week. Great location and AC worked great!

Pleasant stay

This is a cute home to stay in. It has a fully stocked kitchen to make an entire breakfast and dinner. The bathrooms had plenty of towel and toilet paper. There is also shampoo and conditioner in both showers. . We were able to run both showers at the same time without pressure issues. Laundry detergent and dish soap was provided. The beach is 2 blocks away. This was perfect for us. 2 adults and 3 kids. We would stay here again.

Icing on cornbread

Should not have tried to save a few bucks. Host did not answer any of my messages prior to stay. Only contacted me to apologize for her downstairs guest who opened our door, came in while I was not dressed and said he had a reservation for my unit. Uh-uh. Nope. Not ok. Apartment was poorly stocked with cups plates pots pans silverware etc. A tangle of wires hanging down from the tv. Renovation appears done low budget. It was mostly clean except for the long-dead pigeon on the back deck. We were disappointed. Couldn’t reserve without an additional $59 for insurance. Won’t be staying here again. So many better places in Galvy.

The property was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the water smelled terrible. Also we didn’t know that 1 bathroom was not in the bedroom and was far way from the bedroom. Overall it was a good experience.

Colombus Day Weekend Getaway

There were some cons and pros for staying here. It claimed there was a keypad for check-in but it was a physical key located in a lockbox. Second, there was a dangerous hole in the second-floor balcony! When we told the owners about it and asked for it to be repaired, they claimed they didn't know it was there and that they will send someone to fix it soon. No one ever came. Noisy neighborhood, the people next door were partying all night. The outside was messy but the inside was roomy and nice. Living room and kitchen were well organized. But it does have an old house smell.
