Step inside Verdant Red Door Retreat and you’re welcomed into a cozy yet open living space designed for easy connection and comfort. The living room invites you to unwind with a plush couch, two cozy armchairs, a smart TV for movie nights, and a collection of board games ready for family fun. Just beyond, the kitchen shines with sleek stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a Keurig for your morning brew, and counter seating for four—perfect for casual breakfasts or evening chats. Outside, the home truly shines: a lush, greenery-filled backyard creates your own private oasis, complete with inviting sitting areas and an outdoor dining table, ideal for al fresco meals under the coastal breeze.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a desk.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed with a small couch.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Street parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.

o Street parking passes are provided inside the home. If lost or not left at the property, guests will incur a replacement of $95.00 each.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the entry.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.
