"Sunny Side Up" is a newly constructed beach home in the desirable Pointe West development. The home is situated directly across the street from the tunnel beneath San Luis Pass enabling safe and easy access to the beach. The location of the home is situated such that one side of the home has green space and a lovely lake with fountains. Another small lake and the expansive bay is off the back deck, and oh what a view! Peace and Tranquility abound in this luxury vacation home.

With your reservation, you'll have access to all the amazing amenities at Pointe West community. Beach Club wristbands are $25.00 per person for all above the age of 4, all seasons. You will automatically receive an invoice upon booking so you can either pay electronically or in person if you choose to purchase. At the resort, you will find an infinity pool, lazy river, large hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, game room, Sommer's Gifts, charcoal grill, cabanas that are available to rent, and a whole lot of fun! Explore and enjoy both the bay and beach side of this wonderful community. Grab a drink and take time to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! After arrival, when ready, check in at the beach club to pay for and retrieve your wristbands. ** Please keep in mind that activities, amenities, and hours can change without notice to us therefore please always contact them directly to make sure that whatever you are wanting to do is available and operational at the time of your booking. The home boasts unobstructed Gulf and Bay views with lovely sunsets each evening over the bay. The home was finished with top-of-the-line appliances and unique décor items. There are four bedrooms including a junior master suite on the first level (king size bed), a secondary bedroom upstairs (queen size bed), the master suite (king size bed) and a fourth bedroom that has an office space, (desk, etc.) along with a twin over full bunk. The first level contains a bathroom with a shower, while the second level contains a bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. The master suite contains an oversized shower with both a handheld shower fixture and a "rainfall" fixture. All bedrooms feature large flat screen HD televisions with access to Direct TV Streaming and all other major streaming platforms. The kitchen and dining area provide comfortable seating for six at the dining table and three at kitchen island. There is additional outdoor furniture on the bay side off the first level for outdoor dining, with a view!

Wristbands for the community amenities are $25.00 per person for all non-owners aged 4 and over - year round. Other details included but are not limited to:
If a wristband is lost, there is a $25.00 replacement fee per wristband. The number of bands issued will be based on the occupancy. The occupancy is 3 times the number of bedrooms in your rental property. Ex - 3 bedroom will be able to purchase 9 wristbands.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
