”I visit Frederick often for business and decided to splurge for a "nicer" hotel than what I usually pick. Overall, I was surprised with how shabby this property was compared with what I'm used to, especially the lack of amenities and the much higher price point. While room was clean, furniture was all mismatched and looked like it came from a thrift store. Everything sort of worked, at least. ”Clean and cozy room, attentive staff, great breakfast”

”Sleep with mice everywhere. First night heard them crawling all night. Second night felt one actually crawling on me while I was asleep, flung it across the room and slept the rest of the night in my truck. Next morning I checked out snd ask for a refund for the remaining nights I wasn’t going to be stayibg there. They gave me a bit of a runaround and just hoping I get my refund. 1 community microwave in the lobby that everyone uses. ”

”If you arrive late, be aware you'll need to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. Key cards are required for entry to the building even through the front lobby. We waited several minutes for someone to arrive.”

”We visited on March 13, 2026. We were driving through from Ottawa to Myrtle beach so our stay was short, 10pm until 5:30am. The blankets are very thin, I froze all night. The hvac system is very loud, kept me up most of the night. The bathroom had a bug in it and wasn’t super clean. The front desk told me there was a gym on the 2nd floor but walked the entire floor and no gym was found. Not the best ”
