”I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. ”I had to cancel my trip and could not communicate with anyone. I tried everyrhing. I will probably have to pay for a room I didn’t use. I have traveled extensively for 38 years and this is by far the WORST service I have ever received. I will not be using you or that hotel again. I know a lot of people who travel to this area and I will spread the word about how terrible the service is.”

”Very clean property. The beds were pretty comfortable and softer than most hotels at this price. I noticed they use either unscented or fragrance-free detergent on the sheets, which was very much appreciated with my health issues. The staff was helpful, and the lady taking care of breakfast was extremely attentive. The only thing I can complain about is a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it didn't hamper our experience much.”
