”This villa's stunning views and the hospitality of the hostess and all the people of Radicondoli was exceptional. I would book this villa again.”

”You could not ask for anything more from this Tuscan villa. Absolutely lovely restored farmhouse with every amenity required and the photographs really do not do it justice. The location is perfect with a fifteen minute walk up to San Gimignano with absolutely stunning views of the town from the pool and the rear terrace. Alessandro was the perfect host and was always available for advice and help. We really had a lovely family week stay at the property.”

”The property was absolutely charming. It really had that homey, Italian, Tuscan charm about it. The kids and my husband loved it too. I wish I had planned for more days there. We didn’t have time to partake in the cooking class or truffle hunting, but I guess that just leaves a reason to come back. The location was great too because it’s in the country away from the busy cities, but a close enough drive to all the various Tuscan sites.The owners were very nice and spoke good enough English....

”Großes Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche für große Gruppen, ruhige Lage mit Fernblick. Es sind 800 steile Meter Schotter bis zur Hauptstraße, wir mussten unsere Rennräder dorthin hochschieben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das Haus hat Charme und etwas Patina, wie bei älteren Landhäusern üblich. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut.”

”Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

”My family and I stayed here for almost a full week in the spring, and had an amazing time. The host was extremely responsive about the check-in process leading up to the stay, during the stay whenever we had any issues, and even after our stay when we needed to recover an item that was left behind. There were some slight hiccups with the house during our stay (garage door opener was out of batteries one time and the shower drain clogged one time), but the host was proactive as can be and quick...
