”The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my...

”Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. ”

”Very nice stay, the best I’ve had yet. It’s my 3rd time here and I’ve stayed many places and locations by far this is the best one. Location is good right by the beach. I suggest maybe a buggy ride to top of the hill for guest. Exercise is good but can be far at times but no complaints at all. I would stay here all the time until I find as good or better. See you again ”
