”We loved our week long stay at Nemasu eco lodge.Its in a beautiful setting, right next to the beach.In the middle of gardens and palm trees, with monkeys and birds. Is a local lodge with the benefits going to local people.Staff very helpful and will organise trips for you.Food good .Lodges are large and comfy with a veranda for relaxing ”

”What to say! This was a last minute booking which totally changed the feel of our trip. A haven of peace and tranquility. Such welcoming friendly staff and owners. Very helpful on the accommodation front. We could not have asked for more. Half an hour'ish walk to the beach through the wetlands or taxis to go further. A very peaceful safe area. Very friendly and very little hassle. An interesting location attracted interesting visitors. Dinner around the large round table in the evening...

”We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers. However as no internet at the lodge we could not cancel our booking to get our refund so this is having to be...

”We were left baffled about the management and experience of your booking agent. You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment. Your management is a complete joke and nobody should waste their money. ”
