”We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town.”

”Reserved 2 queen beds and they decided to “upgrade” us to a King. 2 adults and a teen. Not happy and refused partial refund when contacted by me and Expedia who I booked under. Breakfast was far from good. Bacon undercooked and eggs not even heated well. Only went to that town to buy some merch from Smile More Laundry and Tan.”

”Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.”
