”We liked the location of the retreat a lot. It is perched atop a steep hill facing the Sechelt Inlet and the view from our room was amazing. if you are looking for a quiet place with an amazing quality of air, this is it.

”We generally enjoyed our stay there as 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and under). It has a very homey vibe. It would be nice to be more clear about how many visits with the animals were included with our stay.
This is a working farm so don't expect it to be precious and perfect. I would advise wearing old shoes and an outfit just for the animal visit, because it can get dirty.
Location was fine, you have to drive 5+ mins to be anywhere but that's to be expected, in case you are not travelling with a...

”Lou’s cabin was perfect for our family. It’s a rustic cabin with modern amenities. The back yard was very inviting and we were able to use the grill and play bocce ball. It was in town right next to an urban trail system, but still felt private. A bear walked right through the front yard one evening!”
