”The listing was misleading. It was not a "new" apartment, it was a basement suite in an older house that was poorly renovated 10 years ago with no working AC and hard twin mattresses. That being said, if you don't mind squeaky loud footsteps from the tenants above, the place was clean enough with decent parking and a good view.”

”A beautiful daylight basement with three comfortable beds, a really nice shower, and a great shaded patio through French doors from the master bedroom. The location was perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, buses, the water front, and SeaBus. The host was really quick to answer questions. So nice! ”

”This property ismisrepresented on the rental site, unsafe and run down. There is black mold in the bedrooms. Lawn furniture and folding chairs provided as living room furniture and lacks basic supplies like paper towels, kleenex and bath mat. The walls and door have damage and there is zero art on the walls. There is no TV.The check in process is confusing and also requires entering and unlocked apartment to get the keys and elevator fob. Staying her was worse that being in a college dorm room.”
