”Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. ”I spilled soda on the floor and the next day after the cleaning staff was there the floor was still sticky.
Around the building, against the building weeds were a foot tall. Parts of the building are rotting or being eaten by insects.
Each time we entered or left the building we had to pass through smoke from staff and others who were sitting there smoking and vaping.
The so called “free breakfast” was almost non existent and what little was there was unpleasant.”
