”Had noisy neighbours across the hall.lots of road noise in a room facing the front of the hotel.”

”We booked two rooms for our group. One room had a live baby cockroach in the cabinet. In case you don’t know, a baby roach means there’s most likely thousands crawling around the entire building. One of our friends that was with us, is a manager of an apartment complex so she was an expert on what to look for when it comes to pests, mold, debris, etc. The other room, had chip crumbs all over the couch area. There was a used makeup brush left behind, from the previous guests I assume. So it...

”Only one room was left and it was next to the elevators and the ice machine. Just needed a good night sleep but that was difficult with all of the noise coming from activity at the ice machine and elevators. There was a large crowd of very noisy young girls running amok in the evening. Only 1 elevator was operational so, with the large crowds, there was a line forming in the lobby. ”The room was clean and the A/C was nice and cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful.”

”Very clean! Comfy beds!”

”Rooms were almost spotless, staff was only one older woman by herself with a mobility scooter... She did the best she could. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, great location. Exterior was moderate, slightly worn down but not bad! Parking lot was clean also. Only problem I had was I found a german or asian roach crawling on my daughter's food late at night. But, that was the only one. Could overall use some TLC, but not bad at all from r what you're paying!!”

”Wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. We would stay here again!!!”

”Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location.”

”Basic, inexpensive, nothing fancy, all we needed is to rest for the night and continue on road trip. OK for that.”

”The property was run down people milling around every corner, I felt unsafe had to put chair in front of door as lock didn’t work properly, no light cover in bathroom, no place to put soap in shower, it was laying on floor towel, worst experience.”

”This place is disgusting to say the least! I checked in last night, went to the room and half the lights weren't working, went to the desk and got that taken care of. When they were finally on it's so dim, dark and musty you can barely see anything, I guess they do that to try and hide the filth. We used our phones lights to look around and found multiple cockroaches ranging in size from extremely small to very large. We went to the desk to get a refund and they denied since we booked through...
