”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!”

”Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. ”The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing.
