Room was good - standard for newly built designs. Our body wash container was empty and after we told the front desk prior to departure for the day, it was not refilled, which was a big let down. The bar looked to have plenty of choices, but they were not "open" in the sense that only one person manned the kitchen and/or bar and/or the restaurant. No people were using the bar at all besides our group and breakfast the next morning was somewhat disappointing for me (shrimp and grits) but my travelling partner had the eggs benedict and his was to his liking. Upsetting that you have to pay for coffee in the morning and it was sometimes difficult to get an attendant to pay or serve. The property is not in the best of neighborhoods, so maybe that kept the usage down? Staff was friendly but minimal.
