Main level/upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Spacious and open living and kitchen areas. The living room offers comfortable seating for 7 to 10 people with a 65 inch smart TV, board and cards games, and WIFI throughout the house. The kitchen offers brand new appliances to include refrigerator, oven and microwave. Also for our coffee lovers a brand new Keurig with a small supply of k pods provided by the host. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 people with another 3 people at the island. If you just can't get away from those emails - a small work areas with desk is at your disposal as well.

Master bedroom: 1 king size bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom offers a big 60' inch smart tv, large walk-in closet with attached bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2)
Offers adequate smart tv with sizable closet for added space.

Bedroom 3: Two bunkbeds to offer comfortable sleeping arrangement for 4 people. (sleeps 4)

Full bathroom and shower with linen closet in the hallway.

Laundry room with washer and dryer set up to wash all those lake day clothes.
Two car garage with bbq grill and flat top grill you can use.

In the basement you'll find a spacious area that offers a big 65" inch smart TV with surround sound that will blow your socks off, more games, pin ball machines and a multi use gaming system that has air hockey, ping pong and pool table! Now let's talk kitchen! If you're too tired to mosey on upstairs to cook food.. good news is you can cook it downstairs with a full kitchen set up to include smart refrigerator, oven and microwave. You might ask where do we sit.. well there is another dining table downstairs with comfortable seating for 6 people! oh you have 9 people to sit to eat downstairs.. don't fret.. there is bar type table that seats 3 more people! that's a lot of chairs!
