- This home comes with pool access! The Lockwood Community clubhouse is open year-round, with a game area (pool table, foosball, and kids’ games) and a lounge space with seating and a treadmill. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounging areas are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- During fall, winter, and spring months, we strongly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for safe access to the property, as snow and road conditions can change quickly.
