Perched above Garden City in the Elk Ridge subdivision, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain retreat offers sweeping panoramic views of Bear Lake that you'll remember long after you leave. Watch the sunrise paint the turquoise water from your deck, then end the day roasting marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace as the stars come out.

    Built for Adventurers
    This is the property for groups who bring toys. Direct access to hundreds of miles of trails means you can ride ATVs, UTVs, or mountain bikes straight from the cabin in summer, and snowmobiles in winter. The property has plenty of parking for multiple vehicles plus room for your equipment trailers—no struggling to find space for the stuff that makes the trip fun.

    At 4,100 square feet spread across three levels, Lake Vista Lodge sleeps up to 24 guests without feeling cramped. The layout works for multi-generational groups: a main-level master suite for grandparents, upper and lower level bedrooms for families, and multiple gathering spaces so everyone isn't stacked on top of each other.
    Three sleeper sofas in the loft and lower level gathering room give you flexibility for extra guests or overflow from the kids' rooms.

    You're just a short drive from Garden City's restaurants, shops, and world-famous raspberry shakes. The new Bridgerland Adventure Park is practically next door—perfect for kids (and adventurous adults) who want to test their skills on bridges and zip lines.     Summer brings boating, hiking, biking, and ATV riding. Winter transforms the area into a snowmobiler's paradise with trail access right from the property. The lake is beautiful in every season, and so are these views.

10/10, Property was exactly as described. Hosts were very pleasant to work with. One of the sofa beds had an issue from a previous customer, but this would have been out of the property owners control and something they wouldn’t have known unless it would have been brought to their attention. Location is excellent, 3-5 minutes from milk shake street and about 15 min from being on rendezvous beach area at the lake. Perfect for a big extended family vacation. We would definitely book here again.

Great week with Family in this beautiful home on the hill. Great set up for our family of adult kids with kids. Each family had a room that for the family! Great set up.

Family Reunion at the lake house 2024

The house was amazing. So close to the Marina and Bridgerland. It was a great location for all of our activities. The only problem we had was connecting with your office when we checked out. We couldn't lock the door.

Family reunion 2022

We traveled from all over ID to join together with our children and grandchildren. The house Is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. It has a lot of sleeping accommodations so all we’re comfortable. Nice kitchen for meals and the deck facilitated some fun gatherings together. There were a couple of things we brought to the managers attention and Julie was attentive to the problems. Even though they weren’t able to correct while we were there they are aware for the next group. We definitely had a wonderful time with our family, made great memories and would recommend to others.

Lake Vista Lodge

Lake Vista is the right name for this property - the views were amazing! The home/cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There were only 8 of us so we had our choice of rooms and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and seating and ate most meals out on the balcony. We ran into an issue with hot water one day but staggered showers afterwards and it was not a problem. If all the rooms had been full, that may have been a bigger problem. Google maps will route you up a very rough road - I'd recommend going North on N 300 W and then head West on 200 North up to the property. It is a dirt road with one steep incline, but the road is flat. The customer service associated with the property was amazing and we appreciate their efforts when issues were identified at our original property. 10/10 would stay here again!

The housekeeping was over the top unacceptable. Nothing had been dusted, including dressers, shelves, blinds, floors. Cobwebs. Door windows dirty along with the tracks. First few days had Luke warm to cold showers. Finally turned it up ourselves. Downstairs family room TV didn’t work. Mouse traps. Under the couches, beds , and behind the headboards is food and wrappers. Outside below patio , chairs should be thrown away, so couldn’t sit there. It’s a cute house and there was beds for all of us, dining area for all of us, parking was great, and a view to die for. For the amount of money, it should be spic and span. We won’t consider renting it again. We have been coming to Bear Lake for 37 years. Our favorite week of the year. Water fun is our favorite.
This was under the kitchen sink. We wanted to vomit and we didn’t think it was our responsibility to do anything with it.
Went for shakes every night.

Perfect for large family

Nice view of lake and large enough for our family. Home needs a few small repairs, replacing light bulbs type stuff etc. (nothing that disrupted our enjoyment).

Garden City Gem

We had a wonderful time. We were concerned with 14 kids and no grass but we had a blast. The deck was used a lot and the lack of mosquitoes was wonderful. The view of the lake was gorgeous.

Mouse infestation put a damper on our trip

We loved the cabin, floorplan, and location. The only issue for us was the property had a severe mouse problem. Waking up each day to new piles of droppings everywhere was really gross. Julie was amazing to work with and the service was fantastic.

Excellent accommodations!

We loved our stay at the Lake Vista Lodge! There were 24 family members at our reunion. We used the fold out beds and had plenty of room. Two kitchens (and fridges) were a big help with our big group. The lodge was close to Garden City. About 15 minutes or less to many of the activities we wanted to do. There was plenty of parking for our boat, kayak trailer and 6 cars. The outdoor fireplace was a hit! The kids loved toasting marshmallows! The adults enjoyed relaxing, reconnecting and catching up with each other. The staff at Premiere rentals was very helpful and easy to work with We are hoping to visit Bear Lake again and will definitely rent the Lake Vista Lodge when we do.
