Plenty of space for our 5 families. The number is king size beds and bathrooms makes it a great property for a small reunion. It was week required and we lived having access to bicycles, the large lawn area, playground and amenities. Tons of fridges and freezer space and a week sucked kitchen. Great location as it is right between Garden City and Pickleville. Ask our family commented on what a great plane to stay and how nice it was!

We spent several days. Great location as it is close to bike trails, Garden City, marina and grocery store and of course the lake. The home had ample space for our group of 35 people. The home was clean, kitchen stocked with all the needed appliance, and it provided a great spot for a family reunion. Thanks for a Great time!

My extended family(30 people) came for a 3-day stay. There were plenty of beds and large group gathering areas for catching up and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with basic equipment. There were lots of recreational options available, including bikes, yard games, foosball, air hockey, old school arcade games, card and board games, a hot tub, a volleyball court, and a fire pit. We enjoyed the easy access to other free activities, such as Hunter's Point beach at Bear Lake and Limber Pine Trail, an easy hiking loop. The checkout time was early, but we didn't have to do much so it worked out.

We had a large group[ and this accommodated perfectly. We had plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent. I would certainly recommended this home to those with large families.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. It was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone and a great yard for outdoor games. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Great location and spotless home!

This is a wonderful property that is in a great location. The home is beautifully furnished and our family of 26 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities. It was a great place to stay and we highly recommend this property and host.

Perfect family reunion

The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable for our large group. We loved all the dining space and fridge space which made feeding a large group a breeze. There were plenty of “extras” like games, bikes, and more. Would definitely stay again.

Even better than the pictures

Stayed here for family reunion and this place was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking appliances, plates, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Very responsive property manager. It was a great experience in every way. Thank you!

Family reunion

The home was beautiful, clean, and well kept. And the lawn was well groomed. The only issue was that we could have used one more bathroom, with the size of our group.

Lots of beds but more bunk beds or twin beds would have been nice for kids. Also some play equipment for kids would be great. It is a very spacious home with lots of group space and large kitchen. It was very clean and all living necessities available ie. appliances and linens.

Great family reunion place

This is our third year in a row at Bear Lake. With some grandchildren now married and a baby, we had to move to a bigger place. There was room for everyone and plenty to do.

Nice home

Home worked well for our family, but felt it could have been cleaner. Hosts were very nice and handyman was very responsive to our requests.

Bear Lake Reinion.

We were very pleased with the accommodations- the bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. We were especially impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was- three crockpots, two electric griddles, two electric frying pans. Don’t bring plates, utensils, glasses-there are enough here. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly What We Needed!

We held a weekend retreat here for 31 women! Our 2 favorite things were the huge gathering room where we could all fit and meet. And the oversized dining room for our meals together. It was clean, comfortable and exactly what we hoped for! No bunkbeds! The only drawback was there was only one bathroom downstairs. Great home!

Love Bear Lake

The home has bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, and living space to comfortably comfortably accommodate our family of 30. The large TV on the main level and theater style projector on the basement level was well used. The dining facilities are accessible and plentiful. The children and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Water sports, hiking, rope course and biking entertained our family throughout our stay. The caretaker was very responsive to any of our needs.

Perfect for Women's retreat

We had a great time and the house was great for 24 women. We were all pretty spread out and the dining area fit us all. The hot tub was broken for our stay but they offered the refund that we asked for. The bikes in the garage were a nice surprise and besides lots of box elders bugs (which are harmless) we really loved everything about this house. The large TV in the main living room was great for each of our business presentations. We'll be coming back.

One of our favorite family reunion trips yet

My family of 30 people stayed at this house comfortably. There was plenty of space to eat, play, and hang out. The house had better AC, water, and was cleaner than the other places we have tried so far. If I could only change one thing it would have been the backyard. While it was large and we had a lot of fun on it, unfortunately, it wasn't as good as we had hoped. There is some standing water right next to the volleyball net and so we had to fish our balls out of it a few times and it meant there were more bugs than we're used to seeing on our trips to Bear Lake. Still our favorite trip to Bear Lake so far and we will check its availability for our future trips
