Paradise Townhome Heart of Garden City

This townhome has a big open loft to relax & play games. Has a fully stocked kitchen & is fully furnished with new amenities so your stay is comfortable & convenient. There is parking for your boat or trailer. We're located in the Heart of Garden City, where you'll be close to the Mikes Market, raspberry shakes, restaurants & activities at the City Center. Spend the day on the lake, trails or the slopes of Beaver Mountain making memories!

KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen has everything you will need & some, to be able to make your family meals while on vacation! Our new appliances are top of the line so your stay can be a great gathering experience! You can gather around the table or at the island to eat your yummy home cooked meals!

LIVING ROOM:
It's set up so you can comfortably gather with your family or friends. We have a large TV with Roku that you can BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) with easy guest access to entertainment. This is the gathering place for all to play games, relax & just hang out. You also have access to the second bathroom.

BEDROOMS:
We know what it is like to be exhausted from a FUN day on the lake, slopes or snowmobiling, so we furnished our place with high quality mattresses and pillows so everyone can get the rest they need! Master Suit is downstairs & other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the living room.

BEDROOM #1 (Master suite) - King (sleeps 2) with attached bathroom & walk in closet (large enough you could bring your own pack-n-play for a little one).
BEDROOM #2 - Queen (sleeps 2).
BEDROOM #3 - Full bunk beds (sleeps 4) & Twin bunks (sleeps 2).
In Living room - Sofa couch with trundle pull out twin (sleeps 2).

GARAGE & PARKING:
Garage has a BBQ Grill & patio furniture for you to enjoy. You can park 1 car in the garage & 2 additional cars in the driveway. Additional parking for cars, boats or trailers available as well .

This is one of the reason guests love this place so much! The townhouse is in the heart of Garden City. Everywhere you need is within 1 mile of our townhome. We are across the road from a grocery store & down the road from pickle ball courts. Super close to the Marina and city beach. Rendezvous Beach is 11 miles away & North Beach is 18 miles away. The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers, ATV & Snowmobile enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you can stay & make lasting memories with your family & friends!
