You’re just about 8–10 minutes from downtown Garden City for shopping, dining, and local attractions, and only 5 minutes from the famous Pickleville Playhouse. Enjoy the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to everything the area has to offer!

PARKING
Plenty of space for vehicles and trailers—parking for approximately 20 vehicles.
A couple things to remember:

-No Pets allowed!
-No food is allowed in the living room.
-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
-No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed.
-Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
-Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
-Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
-Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
-Fire restrictions for the Garden City areas. No camp fires. No open flames. No fireworks.
